
Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Penis

Question: Hello and good evening. I am 42 married use to be in a somewhat open type marriage but any how I have this rash on my genitals penis to be exact it's raw and red have been to my doctor and other medical facilities and they say it's not an std have had test but sit sure what it is and well I would like to know if anyone has heard of this

Thanks for the pictures.
I have gone through your picture. As you have mentioned that you have been tested for STD, found to be negative.
I think the rash with be contact dermatitis. Have you recently changed the detergents? It might be due to new cloths, soap etc.
Presently I would suggest you to keep the area clean and dry, wash it with cool water and tap dry it with towel. You mild soap like dermadew or dove. Wear loose fitting cotton under garments and avoid then when at home.
I would have asked you to apply a steroid cream, these are prescription based agent, you can enquire about this with your health care provider. I would have asked you to visit after 15 day.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
