Brief Answer:
Eczema ,cortisone cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for writing to healthcare magic.

I can understand your concern.I have reviewed image uploaded by you.

As per my opinion,it seems to be eczematous rash.

Any kind of allergy like sun exposure, dust, soaps, can precipitate such type of eczema.Such allergens cause irritation of skin leading to itching and redness.Upon scratching skin becomes thick causing eczema.

It is important to stop itch scratch cycle.

I Wil advise you to apply cortisone cream over rash twice daily.

You may take anti allergy tablets in case itching is severe.

Avoid sun exposure and soap over affected area.

I hope this will help you.In case of any concern i will be happy to help you.Thanks.
