Brief Answer:
two problems

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
You have two skin problems going on. In the third photo the rash there on the upper arm is called keratosis pilaris. It is not harmful and is very common. The best ways to try and get rid of it are to avoid skin dryness by using a lotion on it twice a day. Using mild soaps only will also help.
In the other areas the spots shown look like folliculitis. This is also not a harmful condition and is also very common. The best things you can do to avoid this condition is to use mild soaps and to have a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid fried foods, tobacco and alcohol.
These conditions are not related to any form of cancer.

Brief Answer:
many problems

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There are many causes for the swelling of a hand. Some are serious like infection, blood clot or obstruction to blood flow. Some are not so dangerous, for example, local reaction to an insect bite or local allergic reaction.
It is really impossible to make a guess, that is why you need an exam by a physician and some blood tests.

Dr. Robinson

Brief Answer:
no increase

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I do not see an increase in the swelling from prior photos. However in the last photo it looks like there is a cyst at the wrist level just up from the 2nd and 3rd fingers. Is this just a camera angle or is there a swelling there at the wrist?
