Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Buttocks
Question: Doctor, I'm 55 years old man and having rashes in my bottom. I am applying ointment but in the night itching starts and it's unbearable. I am taking avil 50 my to get a relief but my question is how many tablets I can take? Please help me

I am sorry to say that the picture you have sent is very dark.
Is it possible for you to ask someone to take proper pictures from different distances in proper light?
As such from this picture, I can only make out one small erosion on left buttock, which could be due to excessive itching and is thus non-specific for diagnosis.
Hope you got my point here.
If at all you cannot manage to get the pictures, I will guide you along best possible presumptive management.
