Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Legs And Wrists

Question: Had a virus yesterday and woke up today with this rash. It is worst on my feet, but does appear on my legs and wrists. Is this hand, foot, and mouth? I am nursing a three month old at night. I work so she has formula during the day. Should i keep nursing her?
