Thank you doctor...looks pretty ugly. Not as painful today, but still something wrong.
Brief Answer:
Seems to be eczematous rash, topical antibiotic and steroid combination
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be eczematous rash with secondary infection.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply a topical antibiotic and steroid like neosporin ointment and cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
This should help in improving it.

Thanks..I was using Mupirocin Ointment 2% (which I had for another issue!) and it seemed to make it worse. I didn't use last evening and this morning a little better.
I will let you know doc's findings when I visit later today.
Appreciate your help!
Hope it's noting to serious to worry about????
Have a great day (or evening!)
