Tinea. oral and topical antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am Dr..Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.
I cam see dry, scaly , hyperpigmented patches in axilla. This seems like tinea i.e fungal infection.
I suggest you to take an Oral antifungal e.g Cap. Itraconazole 100mg (Caestra XL 100mg), twice daily for 2 weeks.
Topically you may use Eberconazole 1% cream (Ebernet cream), twice daily.
In addition I would suggest you to take an oral antihistamine i.e Levocetrizine 10mg (Teczine 10) once daily in evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
Use an antifungal body wash e.g Dersil AF body wash for bath.
