Suggest Treatment For Raspy Voice After Screaming
Question: I had a melt down on Monday, 5 days ago, and screamed really loud for about a minute. Just the loudest scream I have ever screamed. I did not know I could scream so loud. My throat did not hurt and still does not hurt. When I got up the next day I was very hoarse, my voice is still very raspy and hoarse. My question is will this get better on its own? Should I see a Dr. Should I treat my vocal chords with something?
