Brief Answer:
Antibiotic therapy + tetanus + observation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

From what I understand you were bitten by this spider 5 days ago (please confirm when you have been bitten) and you have had most of post bite symptoms for the last 5 days. It would have been better if you had reported the symptoms you had here.

I am glad you are going to the doctor now. The treatment which you will need depend on the current set of symptoms. Most symptoms of recluse spider bite do not worsen beyond 72 hours. Therefore if you have no significant concerns, then you are unlikely in a serious state. So do not worry. The treatment you would face will include:
1. A tetanus shot if the last shot was more than 10 years ago.
2. Continuing antibiotic therapy.
3. Antiinflammatory drugs if there is swelling and inflammation.
4. If there are dead and necrotised areas, surgical excision and wound therapy.

Hope this information suffices. If the doctor visit is not immediate, please list the symptoms that you currently have with a photograph perhaps.

Regards
