Brief Answer:
Hello. This looks early stage
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
I have gone through the details.
So by clinical examination it looks like an early stage. A ct scan can tell about the involvement of nodes and after surgery the definite stage can be decided.
The treatment offered is appropriate, and you must complete the treatment. Survival is good.
It is curable.
Thanks and regards
