Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
This rectal pain is due to abnormal nerve sensation feeling.
You can do pelvic muscle exercises, cold sponging.
Neuropathic pain medications can be used and increased gradually like gabapentin, pregabalin, amitriptyline.
Surgical options are not very successful.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
