Brief Answer:
Medicines and physiotherapy would help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have noted your wife's symptoms. It is unfortunate that she has developed a recurrence of Bell's palsy.

Aciclovir is the anti-vital drug and it should be used for five days.

Low dose of steroids such as prednisolone is also helpful in the first five days.

Vitamin B12 supplements would be beneficial.

In addition, physiotherapy, facial exercises and electrical stimulation of the nerve should be done.

She would improve soon with the treatment.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
