Enlarged prostate has to be confirmed by doing Ultrasound Scanning and digital rectal examination by a qualified Urologist.
If confirmed You can take Tamsulosin once daily under the prescription of your doctor.
High coloured urine with foul smelling is due to concentrated urine which can be controlled with drinking more water and antibiotics suggested earlier.
