Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Cold While Suffering From Asthma

Question: I have asthma, due to this when ever i took cool drinks, ice cream and sweats i get cold and calf and i can't sleep that night. so i totally avoided those three items. Is there any permanent solution for this?

Thanks XXXXXXX for the answer. I have been used the below drugs for more than an year as per doctor instruction. While i am using that medicine im good but after i stopped it and started eating sweats again i got asthma. I am not a lover of sweats i won't eat much i eat officially only.

I can understand your concern.
Since, you are improving with these drugs, you need to take these drugs regularly. Basically allergy is reflex. On exposure to certain allergen, susceptible (allergic) individual will react.
So best treatment for allergy is identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it.
But you can take drug to reduce symptoms after exposure with allergen.
Aerocort forte rotacaps. What does it mean? Are you taking them regularly?
