Brief Answer:
Take Influenza vaccine annually.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Recurrent cold is mostly due to recurrent viral infection.
So to prevent this, you can take Influenza vaccine.
It has to be taken once a year.
It will develop protective immunity against majority of common Influenza viruses. So it will give almost 80-90 % protection with common cold. It is single dose given in muscles.
So better to take this vaccine.
Also drink plenty of fluids orally.
Do regular steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
Do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
Avoid dust, smoke, chemicals etc. Wear face mask in case of exposure.
Eat high protein diet like pulses, vegetables and fruits.
Take multivitamin tablets containing folic acid, vitamin b 12, riboflavin and zinc.
Also take antioxidant tablets.
All these will boost your immunity.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
