Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Cough And Cold
Question: Hi Doctor,
I have been allergic to cold since childhood. But it was once in 4 months earlier. I'm 27 and married for last two years now. From last 6 months, cough and cold has become a daily routine.
Earlier, having anything cold(cold drink or anything from the fridge) would instantly infect my throat, then sneezes and fever. It would take roughly 10 days to fix it.
Now, every morning when I'm out of the bed, I catch cold randomly and start to sneeze. This has brought too much itchiness, tingling and discomfort in my ears, and inside my mouth.
My Vitamin D test was measured 7.6 recently, which implies I'm low on immunity.
Please help. What should I do. Who should I contact?
Thanks,
