Question: My mother in law is suffering from fever (not continuous) from past 3 days and also little nervous, light cold. please suggest?

please suggest if any tests required?

Hello,

This seems to be a common cold only and it will get better by itself.

If it crosses 5 days or gets worse or new symptoms develop, then we can get tested with a complete blood count and any other relevant test according to symptoms.

Meanwhile she can take Crocin 3-4 times a day and Cetirizine before sleeping. Steam inhalation and ginger tea will help.
