Hello,
thanks for the query to HCM,
tHE PRESENCE OF WHITE DISCHARGE per vaginum which is thick often and sometimes yellow with smell accompanied indicates a bacteria-fungal mixed infection, which can be seen if you are sexually active recently in last 2 weeks , where infection can be transferred from your partner. This needs to be confirmed with a per speculum examination and high vaginal swab culture which shall help isolate the organisms and confirm the diagnosis.
Also if there is a doubt about leakage of amniotic fluid, that too can be confirmed with a litmus paper test with blue litmus turning pink if leakage is present. But the chances are low at 15 weeks as the cervix is thick at this point of time and os is closed with mucous plug intact usually. Neither there is 2kg of amniotic fluid inside which can explain your weight loss, so best step would be to get a repeat abdominal ultrasound done to check for foetal viability and also a high vaginal swab culture.
If all is normal then weight loss can be attributed to redistribution of fat during pregnancy and possibly poor dietary intake during pregnancy.
I suggest a visit to your obstetrician again.
Regards

As i said earlier, there is no apparent need to be worried if there is no bleeding per vaginum and no leaking at present. The pain on one side is often normal due to stretch of uterosacral ligaments which are the supports of the growing uterus. These pains are mild in nature and not constant.
The weight loss would need to be investigated but anyhow an ultrasound would be mandatory to check for foetal viability so you may wait till monday and do not get involved in any sexual activity or lift any weights by any chance.

Hello,
the discharge is vaginal bacterial infection and shall require treatment. Also important is that you shouldn't be having diarrhoea during pregnancy, instead constipation is a prime feature often. Please keep yourself well hydrated and also add a stool culture test to investigations for ruling out gastroenteritis as well.
This vaginal infection needs to be treated. Please keep the pessary in situ which you have been advised already and review with gynecologist on Monday.
