Brief Answer:
Intestinal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Gone through your history.
Was Pyloritis inflammation diagnosed on upper GI Endoscopy ?

Cimetidine can give rise to diarrhea. Please let me know what does Stasson contains.

I would advise the following to a patient with similar symptoms:
As you have history of hurting of stomach followed by visit to a toilet indicates the possibility of an intestinal infection. You may need an antibiotic for this.
Zantac 12 hourly.
Stop Cimetidine and to see if this helps to control of frequent motions.
Pepcid / Antacid every 3 to 4 hours when on empty stomach.
Add Domperidone or such motility regulators.
Soft bland diet.
No aerated colas / soda/ drinks.
Early dinner. No late nights.
Treatment for anxiety (as prescribed / needs a prescription by your Doctor)if you have.
Lying in a reclining position
Walk around after dinner.
Think of the factors which increased the present problem, GERD, anxiety and try to avoid.
If no relief, get Upper GI endoscopy done and get prescription for added Medicines.

no upper GI endoscopy was performed for the diagnosis. i also noticed as soon as i am done with my meal my stomach hurt and after half an hour or so it subsided. then have to rush to toilet after a while and throughout the day as well. i will check what stasson has got.

Brief Answer:
Investigations please .

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.

Yes, the history is classical of possibility of an gastric or duodenal ulcer.
But at the same time rushing to the toilet indicated additional pathology in the abdomen. This may be due to colitis, appendicitis, IBS or some inflammatory factor in the abdomen.
I think, it would be wise to undergo the tests of blood, urine and stool as well as ultrasonography and Upper GI endoscopy and to add an appropriate antibiotic; please discuss this with your Doctor.
