Brief Answer:
Triamcinolone oral paste
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Recurrent oral ulcers happen in children mainly due to lack of vitamin B complex and constipation as children are choosy in their food habit.
I treat such cases with triamcinolone oral paste, and vitamin B complex capsules .
Ask her to take lot of fibrous food like carrot, cucumber, green leafy vegetable etc.
This gives good relief.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
