Brief Answer:
Surgical removal needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
With your history I can understand your discomfort and pain but at your age we can't suggest you to remove your ovary .
The only treatment option in your case is removal of cyst and scar tissue of endometriosis.
Because pain killer is not the ultimate solution.
Hope found useful, feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.
Regards
