Brief Answer:
Clincal evaluation necessary

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and und understand your concerns. Your problem is such that a clinical examination is extremely necessary. The warmth and tenderness indicate inflammation. The source of inflammation needs to be traced. It could be due to elevated uric acid levels or could be due to some other local cause. The tortuous veins could be due to varicose viens which occur due to problems in venous valves. The ulcerations could also be related. Testing for diabetes also needs to be done to rule out diabetic ulcers as a possible cause.

I would insist you to visit a doctor and to get yourself evaluated.

Feel free to write back in case of further queries and I would be glad to help.
