Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Petechia, Swollen Lymph Nodes, Bruising Blood In Urine And Intermittent Night Sweats

Question: I've had recurring petechia, swollen lymph nodes (newly discovered one on my groin), bruising and on and off night sweats. In my last CBC (January 2018) everything was within range, according to my primary care. This past week there was blood in my urine at my physical. I'm getting concerned and wondering if I need to see a specialist. I am a 39 year old active female.

Brief Answer:
You should go for some further testing.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Although the CBC was normal earlier, you may have some internal disease that's affecting your coagulation system. You should go for complete coagulation profile test, urine examination and fine needle aspiration cytology of the lymph node. That will give you the exact diagnosis. The treatment can be done accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubt then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.

Wish you a very good health.
Regards
