Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Stomach Bloating And Severe Pain
Question: i have recurrent stomach bloating and severe pain below ribs(left side) evry three months, TLC goes high (10-15000) and with antibiotics it become normal in 7-10 days. docs not able to find out the cause. lymph nodes,pancreatitis etc were suspected but all tests done like USG,CT Barium test,amylase test, saw chest physician also but no confirmation of anything. not able to plan for child also.

Thanks for the answer but please review the reports. Gastritis was doubted and rejected as it should not Occur at regular intervals of three months for past one year.

It is possible that you are suffering from gastritis and it does occur at irregular intervals. Here are my suggestions
1. The fact that your pain is constantly in the right side, it is definitely coming from the stomach.
2. Eating regularly and on time is of most importance
3. Avoid caffeine ( coffee and tea)
4. Tab pantocid can be taken once daily before food during the acute event and also syrup mucaine gel to subside the pain
5. Do not sleep immediately after having dinner . Wait and stay seated atleast for 2 hours after dinner
Increase in total count can happen during gastritis without fever
