Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Stomach Infection And Migraines

Since past one year i feel lethargic and weak. I feel sleepy most of the time. I have gained little bit of weight about 6-7 kgs in past 1 year mostly belly fat.
I always get cough, cold, fever as soon as there is a slight change in weather even how much precautions i take.i always had a weak stomach, it gets upset quite often even if i m only eating home cooked food. So mostly it gets upset when i eat food from outside and when i intake chicken. But sometimes i m fine. 8 years back i started having problem with intake of milk, my stomach feels bloated and i have to rush to washroom in about an hour of consumption of milk. 3years back started having same problem with coffee. Tea in limited quantity and irregular consumption makes it fine. But still my stomach churns a lot, gives uneasy feeling.
Last year doctor said i have migraine. And stomach upset and migraine goes altogether with me. One triggers another.

Possibility of lactose intolerance is more.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having lactose intolerance.
It is associated with low immunity as well.
This might be causing recurrent viral upper respiratory tract infection (cough, cold).
So better to do following things for better immunity.
1. Take annual influenza vaccine.
2. Take pneumococcal vaccine also. Both these vaccines will prevent recurrent infection.
3. Take high protein diet like pulses, protein powder etc.
4. Take multivitamin tablet containing folic acid, pyridoxine, vitamin B12, riboflavin, zinc etc.
5. Also start anti oxidant tablet.
All these are good for better immunity built up.
Please let me know
1. Is your hypothyroidism under control?
2. Have you ever undergone immunoglobulin levels?
3. Have you ever rule out lactose intolerance?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
