Question: Troat Infection Recurring Shoed to ENT Specialist,He said its because of some kind of Alleegy ,plz Reffer to CT Scan report,and Explain ur Opinion ,and prescribe good medicine which cures infection permenantly.Thank you.

Hi,
I have gone through your query and CT scan report of sinus it suggest that infection in your throat not due to the sinus issue.
For your kind information we have four pair of sinuses in our face area from which three pair sinuses are within normal limit according to your sinus report, only ethmoid sinus i.e. around the nasal root have mild mucosal thickening.
In this condition, I personally suggest
1. Tablet azithromycin 500mg once a day
2. Tablet Allegra 120mg once a day
3. Avamys nasal spray
Continue above medicine for at least 1 month after consulting with your doctor.
Avoid cold drinks, cold water and ice cream.
