Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having dizzyness with headache. I would like to ask you few more details.
Is your dizzy spells are episodic or continous ?
Is your dizzy spells associated with change of posture ?
Kindly get back to me with the details,
Based on your clinical details, it appears to be BPPV (benign paroxymal positional vertigo) or fluctuation in blood sugar or BP.
I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get detailed ent examination, blood tests (blood sugar, serum electrolytes), audiometry (age related deafness), vestibualr tests (to differentiate central from peripheral (bppv) vertigo), x-ray cervical spine(cervical spondylosis) and BP monitering. If necessary, ct scan of brain(to see age related vascular ischemia). Depending on the examination reports further treatment is required accordingly.
Repeated venesections can also cause dizzyness.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
