Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/28 - multiple tumors just beneath skin - all over body - especially hands, back, thighs - Father too have same - took Homeopathy - no results.

As per the history you have given, these look like to be multiple lipomas.
Please check for the following:
Are these freely XXXXXXX and have no pain or tenderness.
Very very slow growing.
No functional defects
If it is so, then these are most probably these are Lipomsa.
You can get this confirmed by:
Consultation with a General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography and FNAC o prove the cause.
If these are lipomas, there is no medical treatment in any XXXXXXX
Hence the only effective way is to excise these.
The ones that need removal are:
Either on the joints or on pressure points.
If they grow faster or has developed any symptoms of redness or pains.
If these are growing in between muscle fibers.
And if the sight does not look good.

I hope, this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
