I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Recurrent urinary tract infection should be properly investigated for.
Cystoscopy is advised in such cases if causes like renal stones, sexually transmitted diseases and diabetes are ruled out.
You can take syrups containing cranberry extracts for 4-6 weeks which are known to treat recurrent UTIs.
Moreover, fosfomycin is one of the potent drug which can be given weekly for 4-6 weeks to treat this condition.
You can consult a nephrologist to get properly examined , investigated and treated accordingly.

Fosfomycin is antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Fosfomycin is antibiotic and should be taken after proper investigations. Dosage depends upon the severity of infection and has to be decided by the treating doctor.
Recurrent UTI can hamper the growth of fetus in pregnancy, can lead to preterm labour.
It is better to treat it before planning pregnancy.
