I have a yeast infection in my vagina, tried monistat 3,Vaginal antifungal and I got one pill from the doctor dont remember the name right now, but I think it was antifungal.Sorry about thatNothing worked
The name was fluconazole
The name was fluconazole
Brief Answer:
Swab test should be done.
Detailed Answer:
I suggest you to have a swab test to diagnose the infection. It does not have to be fungal. It might be bacterial as well. For sure Lactobacilus medicine (to restore proper pH in the vagina) is necessary. Antibiotic should be chosen according to swab test result.
