Brief Answer:
Injections are indeed
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic
I understand your anxiety about the issue
It is indeed scary to have injections whole pregnancy but frankly that is very much indicated and in my personal experience also it is very helpful in successful live births.
So keeping all your anxiety on one side try to make your mind for the same

I know one of my friend who has a history of preeclampsia and recurrent miscarriages .She was given aspirin tab during her pregnancy and now she has a healthy baby girl..can aspirin be prescribed instead of injections?
Brief Answer:
Both aspirin and heparin injections
Detailed Answer:
No dear, rather both aspirin and Heparin injections will be given to you and still you may need regular BP monitoring and of course restrictions on salt intake.
Don't refrain from injections and just remember that every case is different .
