Brief Answer:
You have tendency to form Calcium Oxalate stones.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have tendency to form Calcium Oxalate stones

High protein diet leads to increase in concentration of calcium and Oxalate in urine
which is the basic predisposing factor to form calcium Oxalate stones. Most of the e protein supplements that are available in market are very rich in protein hence may lead to formation of stones.

Following general dietary regime will help to keep the concentration of Calcium and Oxalate in urine at optimum levels and prevent formation of stones.
1)Drink more water 3-4 liters per day This will keep your urine dilute and prevent precipitation of calcium Oxalate .
2)Avoid excessive tea , coffee,cola etc.
3)Avoid high protein diet eg meat, milk products ,curd etc.
4) Restrict food rich in Oxalates like Nuts ,and fruits and vegetables like cabbage ,Tomato, spinach ,beet roots etc.

Basic cause of formation of stone is urinary infection which can be prevented by drinking more water .This will help you to keep your urine dilute and prevent formation of stones.

Make it a routine to do routine urine examination at regular intervals of 6 weeks .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
