Suggest Treatment For Recurring Cold Sores

Question: Hi, I feel like I am always about to get cold sores, in the past have had them from time to time. Now it feels like they are about to appear but actually don't. I have some bruising that appears around the inside of my right knee. Have been felling hot of late. Seem to have a small rash on my forehead / face. Have recently had blood tests and am told I am fine and it may just be stress? thanks

Herpes simplex virus ( cold sores) is known for recurrence. They reduce in frequency and severity over days and months.So probably the frequency and severity is reducing and you should be happy.

You can send clear photos of lesions in thigh and forehead ,with details of symptoms, duration etc for clarification.
It may be due to stress or sweating .
