Brief Answer:
Dairy products intolerance

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXX

Thank you for posting query at HCM.

Note that you are "intolerant" to dairy products.
Most likely you may be "lactase" deficient, an enzyme required for the breakdown of "lactose". Lastose is found in milk and in dairy products.

If lactose is not broken down by lactase, lactose would act as an osmotic agent in intestine - causing diarrhea.

You may undergo "hydrogen breath test" that may confirm if you are lactase deficient or not.

advice:
you may ingest "yogurt" whenever consuming dairy products.
yogurt contains "bacteria lactase" that may breakdown lactose sugar and hopefully you would not suffer from diarrhea.
