Are you having rash, ear pain or pain while urination, yellow discoloration of eyes, cough or difficulty in swallowing, night sweats, weight loss? It can be viral infections, typhus, malaria, typhoid, urinary tract infection or some deep seated infection. You need to get investigated for blood smear, urine microscopy and culture, serum chemistry, blood culture, widal test, smear for malaria and ESR. If productive cough get sputum examination also. You may be feeling dizzy because of acute/subacute infection.Based on reports diagnosis will be established. You can take acetaminophen to relieve fever. Take protein rich balanced diet and plenty of fluids. You must visit a doctor for proper physical examination and get tests done.
