Brief Answer:
nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again. These findings are suggested are of deviated septum and sinusitis. Sinusitis can cause headache by stimulating nerve endings. I will advise you to go to hospital and see a ENT surgeon ,you might need surgical correction for the same.Regards Dr Manisha Jain.
