Question: I have terrible nausea. Just had this same thing 2 weeks ago. Lightheaded with a weird buzz that signals in my head sometimes. Just lasts a second. Was bothering me yesterday. XXXXXXX my mastoid behind my ear when I fell two days ago. I have a very weak stomach and a hiatal hernia. Take Pantoprozole 500 every a.m., but still experience discomfort. Diarrhea and now vomiting. Feel horrible. My concern is that I had this same thing just 2 weeks ago.

Brief Answer:
Some tests are necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by recurring intestinal infection or partial bowels obstruction which comes and goes.

As this is a second time, you should have this checked. Abdominal X-ray and blood work (hemogram, amylase, lipase Liver & kidney function assay) should be done at first. Stool test and colonoscopy are the next step.

In a meanwhile please start probiotic intake daily.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to ask further.
Regards
