Suggest Treatment For Recurring Loose Motions And Cough In A 2 Year Old

Question: Question for Dr Ratnesh Pandey - My 2 year old daughter seems to have got a seasonal infection again - loose motions 4-5 times a day for last 2 days, mild smelly and cough since today morning. I gave her R4 10 drops 4 times a day and Aloe SQ 4-5 drops 3 times a day. These medicines really worked well for her whenever she had loose motions previously. For cough, should I give XXXXXXX bich 30 and Dulcamara 30? I am asking because I have them at home from last time. She is otherwise active and playful. Eating decently well.

You can repeat the medicine if she suffers with the same set of problem again and again. Kqli bich works good in case of cough and it would help to remove all the deposited cough in lungs.
You can give XXXXXXX bich 30 whenever feels she has any cough related problem
You can also observe presence of cough in her lungs by putting ear over her chest. You may feel crackling sound if cough is deposited.

Countinue R4 and aloes. This will work.
If not controlled by the medicine then go for merc viv 30 2 drops three times in a day . Merc viv is suggested in chronic loose motion.

Does Trombidium 30 work in such cases? Her frequency of stools have reduced to once or twice a day. But the consistency is still slimy, black in colour, sometimes smelly sometimes not. I have stopped milk and fruits for over a week now. She is taking XXXXXXX khichdi with vegetables, dal rice, stuffed paratha etc. And pediasure mixed in water twice a day.

Trombidium is indicated in case of acute loose motion. But if stool is slimy and smelly them medicine will not so much effective.
Take Gambogia 6, 2 drops three times in day for a week. (if Gamobgia 6 is not available take Gambogia 30 6 pills twice in day)
This will help her to cure her stool problem. You may also continue other previous medicine for 1 more week
