Suggest Treatment For Recurring Mouth Ulcers

seems to be recurrent oral herpes.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having recurrent mouth ulcer. I would like to ask you few more details.
Is there any history of fever or body pains ?
Kindly get back to me with the details.
Based on your clinical details, it appears to be recurrent herpes or traumatic ulcer due to jagged tooth.
As such, herpes can cause blisters (fluid filled), which reoccurs periodically if untreated especially in low immunity otherwise normally self limiting by 2-3 weeks.
I suggest you to follow these measures to reduce your problems.
1. saline gargling, topical oral glycerine application thrice daily.
2. Apply oral gel like clenora (over the counter) thrice daily on the ulcer.
3. avoid spicy, spiny foods, which can cause more trauma.
4. Take multi vitamin supplements for nutritional deficiency where it improves immunity.
5. Kindly evaluate with ent surgeon for jagged tooth and to rule out herpes infection for antiviral treatment.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.

This happened just one 10 days back because of the bite. And it is recurring in the past 10 days. IT is just bursting and coming back after a day or two. I do not have that much pain as well. Very very less pain.
Evaluation of herpes.
