Brief Answer:
possible intestinal parasites to determine further

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

You have a personal history of travelling to XXXXXXX now you are having rash, diarrhea and green stool.

Taking all these into account, my doubts go for possible intestinal parasitic infection as they are prevalent in XXXXXXX

A stool examination for ova / parasites and stool culture are advised to rule them out.

A complete blood count and eosinophls fir further evaluation.

Green stool are due to passing your motion more frequently.

For the moment, I advise to :
- increase water intake
- avoid spicy/chilly / oily / fried foods
- follow good hygienic measures
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora and tasectan for diarrhea

Hope it was of help!

Brief Answer:
It requires a full course of antiparasitic agents for three months...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

As I said above your problems are typical for ova parasites, that is very common in XXXXXXX

However before giving a more specific prognosis I would to have the results of stool analysis. If it's a parasitic infection it requires a full course of antiparasitic preparation for three months to eradicate the infection.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!

Brief Answer:
please follow..

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

The treatment strategy depends on type of parasites found in your stool during examination.

The treatment should last for at least 3 months.

With regards to herbal remedies, you can try especially for maintenance therapy or as preventive measure.

I would add consumption of garlic and good hygienic measures.

All the best!
