Brief Answer:
Give it a 6 weeks rest.

Detailed Answer:
Hi with regards.

Read and understood your history and concerns.
The very incidence of recurrence indicates that the cyst is not being removed 'in-toto' meaning the secretory wall fragments are causing the recurrence.

This occurs as a sequel of infection of the sebaceous cyst. Due to infection the normal anatomy is totally disturbed making excision of the whole ''secretory lining''
difficult.

I would advise you the following:
- Now wait at least for 6 weeks. This is the minimum time taken by the body to rearrange the tissues to make it possible to differentiate the ''tissue planes''.
- A good surgery is possible only if these planes can be identified for a successful excision of the cyst in-toto to avoid recurrence after next surgery.
- Till then you can take anti-oxidants which do help in rejuvenation.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
Multivitamins.

Detailed Answer:
Anti-oxidants are the combination of multivitamins and minerals and you get in the Pharmacy or ask your Doctor for a prescription.
