MY dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
The itching is due to allergy with some superadded infection. You need to wash your eyes with plain water and add ciplox D eye drops 4 time a day and a antibiotic eye ointment like Neosporine ointment at bed time. You will be fine in 3 to 4 days and the drops are not to be continued beyond a week.

how many drops at once
Brief Answer:
One drop at a time
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
good of you to get back to me.
Anything more than a drop is a wastage. One drop at a time is good enough. As there is no drop in the night, application of ointment has a prolonged effect and applying ointment in the day time makes the eye smudgy and there is difficulty in seeing.
