From symptoms you are explaining it seems that there is deep injury, it may be soft tissue or hairline crack in bone.
If I am your treating doctor I would like vto advise you xray of involved part in AP and Lateral view and send me the report.
Till then avoid weightbearing etc.
Have tab.aceclofenac100mg+serratiopeptidase15mg thrice a day by prescription of your treating doctor as this medicine is not over the counter.
I also advise to visit orthopedic surgeon, he will do your physical examination of that part, you can also discuss all that with him.
