Suggest Treatment For Red Bruising After Scratching Bug Bite

Question: within the last 2 or 3 months, if I get any kind of a bug bite that i scratch, bright, dark red marks appear and remain for up to a week. what would be the cause of this?

I am also a Breast cancer survivor, and have continued to notice bruising without pain. and unintentional weight loss
