impetigo

Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
You have notice blister like bumps on your neck that once ruptured they leak clear fluid crust over and heal. These lesions sound like either impetigo or folliculitis. If you could take a picture of the lesions and submit them to our website I can better diagnose your problem.
With either condition shaving may make the issue worse. If you must shave use a new sharp razor and change it frequently. Clean your skin with a good soap and water and dry with clean new towel.

Brief Answer:
Cellulitiis

Thanks for returning to HCM with your follow up question.
The extra swelling you are experiencing is local inflammation related to the infection. I recommend you take a picture of your lesions and upload to our site so I can get a better idea of what is going on. A picture is worth a 1000 words.
If you can't download a picture I recommend seeing your medical provider and have them treat you for impetigo with oral antibiotics.
