Brief Answer:
Possible eye infection;a photo of your eyes is required...

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry for what's happening with your eyes.

It seems that you are going through eye infection. Can you send a photo of your eyes for a more accurate evaluation and advice?

Wash your eyes with warm water and diluted baby shampoo (1 portion shampoo mixed with 5 portions warm water). Can use ear cotton buds to clean your eyes.

Rinse them thoroughly with first warm water, alternating with cold water.
Then, at the end, rinse with chamomile tea.

Eye antibiotic ointment should be also used but you need a prescription for that.

Anti-histaminic medication (e.g. ketotifene or loratadine) can help reduce sneezing and coughing.

Looking forward to have the requested photo in!
