Question: I have these 3 large red bumps that showed up yesterday on my back. They itch a little bit, what could they be.

Here is a picture. Ive put cortisone cream on them numerous times but they havent gotten better .

I have seen the picture that you have sent. This appears to be insect bite.

In my opinion, you should take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg three times a day for three days to counter allergic reaction.

Do not massage over it. Apply mupirocin cream locally over it.

It usually takes three to four days to heal.
