Suggest Treatment For Red Mark On Penis Head

Question: My girlfriend found out I have red mark on my Penis head after she gave me a hand and oral. I asked an online doctor with photo and she said it is just some damage done to my skin because if friction. And I should be better in 3 days, its been five days, there is starting to have some white skin (similar to my dock head color) starting to cover it but it looks kinda weird, is this normal? It's less clear when I erect

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts and photograph that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of Glans Penis (Ballanitis)due to rough handling of penis and due to oral sex .

Oral cavity is a natural habitat for plenty of bacteria hence one is bound to acquire infection of glans penis due to oral sex.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxone along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

It should get cured within 2 weeks .

So this is definitely not a STD case? Will it heal if I just leave it and wash it twice daily (was the worse case it could be?) and what causes the white dot and line shape in the photo?? Will it take longer to heal if I am not circumstanced? Thank you so much

STD is acquired through intra vaginal sex and never by oral sex .
It will get cured with medicine I have suggested earlier within 2 weeks .

You do not need to get circumcised .

The white dots are necrotic tissue resulting out of infection .
