Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antifungals
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting the clinical pictures.
It seems you have got a fungal infection called Candidial balanoposthitis.
Though it can be acquired non-sexually but sexual transmission is common in sexually active males. Thus as a part of protocol, I would like you to undergo some investigations like VDRL test, HIV antibody test and Random blood sugar.
I would suggest you a short course of oral antifungal tablets (Oral fluconazole 100mg once daily for 10 days)along with application of an antifungal cream like clotrimazole twice a day for 2-3 weeks.
Use dusting powder containing clotrimazole on daily basis to keep area dry and reduce friction.
Try to reduce weight and maintain hygiene.
Avoid tight undergarments and use cotton garments as far as possible.
I am sure this will take care of your condition.
Let me know if you require any more assistance from my side.
Thanks
