Suggest Treatment For Red Raised Bump On Elbow After An Injury

Question: I fell an injured my elbow three months ago. Thought something may be in it after not healing for two months. Doctor did X-Ray and test for staff. Everything came back ok
Still having problems. Red raised bumps and then I can feel bumps inside. Warm to touch. The ones inside were just about gone and I lifted some weight. Now, they have returned and also a red dot on outside. If I put elbow down in a certain way pains shoot thru. Help
